DVDs [To The Top]
| The
library has a large and varied collection of feature films, fiction
and non-fiction, and instructional DVDs for use by our patrons.
We collect films from all eras and in many different genres--everything
from early silent features to contemporary foreign and domestic films. We also collect non-fiction DVDs in the areas of biography, documentary, travel, and history, among others. Our instructional DVDs range from how-to home repair to exercise to cooking. |
Audio Books [To The Top]
The library has an ever-increasing collection of audio books on cassette and compact disc. We feature both unabridged and abridged versions of many classic and contemporary works by noted and important authors. The collection contains a broad spectrum of titles that range from biographies, foreign language instructionals, and other non-fiction works to fictional works, including mysteries, romances, science fiction titles, and westerns.
Compact Discs [To The Top]
| The compact disc collection contains a wide variety of music from all over the world and from all eras. We feature everything from Pop, Rock, Country, Gospel, Jazz, Rhythm & Blues & Broadway show tunes to most classical genres--chamber music, symphonies, and opera. |

CD-ROMs [To The Top]
| The Youth Department houses a collection of instructional and non-instructional children's CD-ROM titles for use on patrons' home computers. We are currently weighted in favor of the Windows format, though we do own Macintosh and dual format discs. |
